Our mission is to make people happy dreaming of their own home. Our deep conviction is that human life is too short to waste a lot of time on construction! At the same time, we are convinced that housing is supposed to be quality! That's why we have a solution, thanks to which the customer receives a modern energy-efficient house at the price of a car, produced only in about 6 weeks.
Simply put - modular construction is our passion!
They are being appreciated more and more. Prefabricated modules are no longer just synonymous with temporary architecture - technical containers, exhibition or office pavilions. Schools, kindergartens, hotels, as well as residential houses are being built using this technology. The biggest advantage of modular construction is the lightning-fast turnaround time. And it is well known, time is money.

ABOUT US
TICAB HOUSE – manufacturer of prefabricated wooden modular houses. Prefabrication takes place in our production hall, regardless of the season. The first wooden modular house, produced by our specialists, was built in 2008. The first workers were trained in the USA and Norway.
The energy-saving technology of timber frame house construction has proven itself in countries such as Canada, the US, Finland, Norway, etc. The popularity of timber frame technology is also growing in our country. In the past two years, we have built more than 150 finished and equipped houses. Our year-round houses, cottages, offices, saunas and outbuildings are designed for those who value their time. It takes about a month to prefabricate a house in our production hall. Each of our houses is completely ready for occupancy after prefabrication.
TICAB HOUSE is constantly developing and expanding its capabilities. Today we produce not only one- and two-module houses, but also two-story houses. Customers enjoy living, working and relaxing in our buildings. We will not boast, we invite you to take a look at our houses in stock.
